Early on Wednesday morning, Justin Mohn, a 32-year-old Levittown resident, was charged with beheading his father inside the home of his family.

Court documents state that Justin Mohn, of the Levittown neighborhood of Middletown Township, was charged with first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and intent to use a weapon of crime.

District Judge Lisa Gaier videotaped him for a preliminary arraignment shortly after 4 a.m., and the murder accusation prevented her from granting bail.

Mohn is charged with both decapitating his father and uploading the footage of the deed to YouTube.

Around 7 p.m., officers were called to the 100 block of Upper Orchard Drive in response to reports of a decapitated body. The victim’s wife had returned home to find her husband covered in blood and beheaded.

The deceased, a man in his 60s, was discovered dead in an upper bathroom when the police arrived.

Mohn left in his father’s car, as reported by Middletown Township Police Chief Joe Bartorilla.

The criminal complaint states that there was “a large amount of blood” all around him. A big kitchen knife and a machete were still in the bathtub.

The criminal complaint stated that officers discovered the man’s head inside a cooking pot in a nearby bedroom, wrapped in a plastic bag.

Police discovered bleeding rubber gloves in a garbage container and on a desk elsewhere in the residence.

Mohn went to Fort Indiantown Gap, home to a sizable National Guard Training Center, but the reason for her escape is still unknown, according to Middletown Police Lt. Pete Feeney. Police are currently compiling a timeline of events.

Feeney claimed that there were many unresolved issues and that Mohn was not speaking with them about the incident—rather, Mohn was speaking, but not about this—when he was outside the Mohn residence on Wednesday just before daybreak.

The wife then reported to the police that her son and her husband’s white Toyota Corolla had vanished.

According to the police, Justin Mohn identified his father by name and picked up his severed head in the almost 14-minute-long YouTube video. Mohn looked to be reading from a script as he attacked the government, according to the police.

Justin Mohn described his father as a national traitor for working for the federal government for twenty years, and he described himself as a militia commander.

According to Mohn, his father was criticizing Black Lives Matter, the LGBTQ community, President Joe Biden’s administration, and Antifa activists, and he was demanding the execution of all government employees. A few hours after it was uploaded, the almost 14-minute video was taken down by YouTube.

Justin Mohn’s Statement About American Government

According to Justin Mohn, the federal government of the United States has declared war on its citizens as well as its states.

He continued by saying that far-left woke mobs were destroying once-prosperous cities and turning them into lawless wastelands, causing America to decay from the inside out.

Mohn cried out that taxpayer money was produced, spent for purposes other than serving taxpayers, and used with little to no accountability. As a result, the economy was driven to the verge of collapse, and most Americans could no longer support the American Dream.

He went on to say that a fifth-column army of undocumented immigrants breaches their border.

Mohn addressed Christian texts, demanded debt forgiveness, urged more adherence to Judeo-Christian principles, talked about human trafficking, and charged a significant tech corporation with tax evasion during his tirade.

He further asserted that militias ought to defend him and cited earlier threats of arrest from the FBI.
