The event Wonderlust will also disclose Apple announcing the official release dates for iPadOS 17, iOS 17, watchOS 10, and tvOS 17, revealed in June this year at the company’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 23 event.
Apple company’s September event is mostly prearranged for significant hardware launches containing the latest iPhone series. This year’s iPhone 15 series will involve the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Plus, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. About iPhone 15 and 15 Plus

But going away from the Lightning connector is the most prominent update expected for all four iPhones. Probably compelled by force from the European Union, which passed a law assuming USB-C type as a usual charging standard, the iPhone 15 series will contain a USB-C type port instead of a Lighting port. In 2012, Apple changed the charging port for the iPhone for the last time when it introduced the Lighting port in the iPhone 5, which spelled the end of the extended thirty-pin iPod connector that was earlier used.
Will USB-C port be introduced on all new iPhones worldwide or in Europe? It is unclear how precisely Apple will control this. But it is much expected that all new iPhone models will deal with a USB-C type port in the future.
