Applebee’s Neighborhood+Bar
On Veterans Day, Applebee’s is offering free lunch and supper to veterans. The traditional bacon cheeseburger, the 6-ounce top sirloin, the chicken tenders platter, the fiesta lime chicken, the oriental chicken salad, the double crunch shrimp, and the three-cheese chicken penne are among the options available to them. The Applebee’s on Miller Park Way in Oak Creek, West Allis, Delafield, and Menomonee Falls are among the participating sites.
BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse
Veterans can eat in on November 11 and receive a complimentary Chocolate Chunk Pizookie along with any purchase of $9.95 or more. A ticket for a complimentary appetizer will also be given to veterans who invest more than $14.95 on takeaway or dining between November 12 and December 31.

City Offices On Veterans Day Week
In honor of Saturday’s Veterans Day, a federal holiday, city offices will be closed on Friday, November 10. On Friday, November 10, the majority of city services will be suspended. On Saturday, November 11, many operations will also be affected.
On Friday, the Rapid City Landfill will be closed. On Saturday, it will be open as usual. The garbage and recycling pickup scheduled for Monday of next week won’t alter, but collections from Tuesday through Friday of that week must be placed outside one day early and left there until picked up.
