On Friday, Apple iPhone 15 stores drew crowds as many individuals waited in long lines throughout Europe, the United States, and China. People want to buy a new-generation Apple iPhone.
Analysts at firms like Wedbush Securities have stated that iPhone 15 pre-orders are tracking significantly stronger than expected in the days leading to the launch. There is high demand for the iPhone Pro and iPhone Pro Max. Shipment and delivery times have increased to the end of October and the middle of November for different Pro phones.
Apple’s sales dropped for the third consecutive quarter last month, prompting the release of the new cell phone. iPhone revenue was $39.7 billion for the quarter, a 2% year-over-year decrease as customers update their smartphones less frequently.
Wedbush believes that about 250 million iPhones have not been updated in more than four years. Advances in the CPU and camera systems, as well as discounts from cell carriers, maybe more than enough to convince users to upgrade this year.
The price of the Apple 15 Pro starts at $1099, and the iPhone Pro Max starts at $1,199. Apple’s new model of cell phone 15 is $799, and the iPhone Plus is $899.
Features of iPhone 15
The most recent Apple phone includes subtle but major design changes. To begin, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max now have titanium casings, allowing for a sleeker and slimmer design than previously.
Other premium model design modifications include a more advanced 48-megapixel main camera with a larger sensor and a new macro lens for a 5x optical zoom camera, which is exclusive to the Apple 15 Pro Max. The new Pro devices also have curved edges and a programmable Action button, which adds extra controls to the ring/silence button, such as making a voice memo or writing a note. The Pro series is available in four different colors: blue, white, natural, and black.
Furthermore, the basic Apple 15 phones have been updated with improved image stabilization for taking photographs and videos, 2x optimization, and enhanced portraits with richer color and better low-light performance. Additionally, they will include the “Dynamic Island” function, which was previously exclusive to the Apple phone 14 Pro and houses alerts, notifications, and other controls in place of the notch.
The Apple 15 series also contains an Ultra-Wideband chip, which powers a slew of new features, including one that makes it simpler to locate people who broadcast their position in congested places.
The iPhone 15 is available in five different colors pink, green, white, yellow, and black, and in two sizes: 6.1-inch for the iPhone 15 and 6.7-inch for the Apple 15 Pro.
The most significant change for the Apple 15 models is that they will now use a USB-C charging connector, concluding an 11-year streak with Apple’s exclusive Lightning charging line.
Customers may now use exactly the same USB-C chargers to charge their iPhones, iPads, and Mac laptops, eliminating the need to search for the appropriate charger for each device. Apple claims that a dedicated USB-C controller will enable data transfer rates up to 20 times quicker than USB-2 technology for the Apple 15 Pro.
The decision comes less than a year after the European Union decided to establish laws mandating smartphones, tablets, digital cameras, portable speakers, and other small gadgets to support USB-C charging by 2024.
The innovative legislation aims to reduce the number of chargers and cords that consumers must deal with when acquiring a new device, as well as to allow users to mix and match devices and chargers from different manufacturers.
Apple is now providing a $29 USB-C Lightning converter that allows consumers to connect their current Lightning devices to a USB-C-enabled Apple phone or iPad to charge or transfer data.
